After five years of rescuing and rehabilitating dogs in need from local area shelters, we started to realize that we have to get to the source of the issue rather than trying to clean up the mess. Hopeful tails animal rescue is a group of dedicated volunteers wanting to make a difference an the lives of abandoned, abused and/or neglected animals.
